The Audit Committee Roundtable Series To promote corporate governance in Hong Kong and the PRC, the China Audit Committee Institute ("CACI"), in conjunction with local co-sponsors, will organise interactive roundtables periodically in locations across the PRC (including Hong Kong and Macau). The roundtables provide for the exchange of views on and insights into topics of interest to members of corporate boards, audit committees and senior executives. Roundtable co-sponsors typically include leading law firms, universities and corporate governance organisations.
