Exchange has recently revised its corporate governance requirements to
help strengthen the overall standard of corporate governance of Hong Kong
issuers. The new code represents a significant move towards the adoption
of international benchmarks of corporate governance, best practice and
disclosure for Hong Kong listed entities. During this breakfast seminar we will:
